REVIEW: Two Way Street by Lauren Barnholdt

(Summary from Goodreads). There are two sides to every breakup.

This is Jordan and Courtney, totally in love. Sure, they were an unlikely high school couple. But they clicked; it worked. They're even going to the same college, and driving cross-country together for orientation.

Then Jordan dumps Courtney -- for a girl he met on the Internet.
It's too late to change plans, so the road trip is on. Courtney's heartbroken, but figures she can tough it out for a few days. La la la -- this is Courtney pretending not to care.
But in a strange twist, Jordan cares. A lot.
Turns out, he's got a secret or two that he's not telling Courtney. And it has everything to do with why they broke up, why they can't get back together, and how, in spite of it all, this couple is destined for each other.

This book was a book of many secrets. I love books like this one. It was a really quick read.

I definitely knew about the affair… it was really predictable. I want to know what happens next with Courtney's mom! I wish there was more about her mom. It was mainly focused on her dad, which I understand…. but isn't her mom important too? Anyways, it was overall a fun book to read.

I felt bad for Jordan… I still don't understand why he broke up with Courtney. I also don't understand why he didn't just tell Courtney about her dad being so rude to him. It just didn't rub me the right way. There are just so many questions!

I have the companion book to read next and I really can't wait. It wasn't a bad book to read, but it wasn't my favorite contemporary book.

Four out of five stars.

REVIEW: A Positive Spin of Events by Melissa T. Liban (SWOONREADS BOOK)

(Summary from Swoon Reads). The last time Lexie Stein saw or spoke to Dalton Reyes, their lives changed forever due to the events of that day.
Five years later, he turns up in the school hallway and they lock eyes. She’s relieved to see that he’s actually all right, but confused about the instant pull she feels towards him. And it’s not just his good looks she’s attracted to, she feels a connection.
Lexie leads a life of lies. If she doesn’t want the truth to come out and her life to fall apart, she can’t be near Dalton. To add to her confusion, her grandmother warns her to stay away from him. She tells Lexie that Dalton will lead to nothing but trouble. But it turns out, staying away might be harder than she thinks it is.
And once Dalton lets her in on a secret he’s keeping, she never wants to let him go again.

This book though… Guys. It is literally so swoon-worthy. I loved the story. I didn't think that I would like this story as much as I did. Dalton was everything… cute, funny, and broken. He has a lot of health problems and has been in love with a girl all his life. He only talked to her once int he past and then he shows up at school after five years.

Lexie. I don't know how to describe her. I didn't like that she was a liar, but then I understood why she is how she is. A lot happened to her in the past and it really shouldn't have. Her dad put her through so much at such a young age and she was never the same since. Not only was her friendship with Dalton ruined before it even started, she didn't let people get too close to her because she feared they would leave her.

The "flashback" scenes were incorporated in the story perfectly.

My favorite character in the book has to be Lexi's grandma. She is so great and adorable. I would love to know what happens with Lexie and her dad… I don't want to know what happens with Dalton mainly because I don't want him to die. I love where the story ended.

Overall, I loved the story.

4.5 out of five stars.

REVIEW: Meant to Be by Lauren Morrill

(Summary from Goodreads). Meant to be or not meant to be . . . that is the question.

It's one thing to fall head over heels into a puddle of hazelnut coffee, and quite another to fall for the—gasp—wrong guy. Straight-A junior Julia may be accident prone, but she's queen of following rules and being prepared. That's why she keeps a pencil sharpener in her purse and a pocket Shakespeare in her, well, pocket. And that's also why she's chosen Mark Bixford, her childhood crush, as her MTB ("meant to be").

But this spring break, Julia's rules are about to get defenestrated (SAT word: to be thrown from a window) when she's partnered with her personal nemesis, class-clown Jason, on a school trip to London. After one wild party, Julia starts receiving romantic texts . . . from an unknown number! Jason promises to help discover the identity of her mysterious new suitor if she agrees to break a few rules along the way. And thus begins a wild goose chase through London, leading Julia closer and closer to the biggest surprise of all: true love.

Because sometimes the things you least expect are the most meant to be.

I really liked how this book was paced. It was very fun and easy to read. The characters were likable. I would really like to know more about Jason and Julia! I want to know more about their story. I really connected with Julia. I love how connected she was with her books and what she was passionate about. It is really refreshing to read.

I love the setting of this book… It really made me want to travel back to Europe! I felt for Julia though. I know what it is like to be not liked by others on a trip that should be the trip of a lifetime.

I was kind of getting the feeling that Jason was hiding something with the phones. I honestly thought that HE was Chris… Hahahha. But the ending was really surprising. I liked how it played out. It was interesting that Jason wanted something to happen between him and Julia after being so rude and mean to her… BUT things happen for a reason.

This book was a fun read. I feel like there was a lot of detail about some parts of the story, but some left out from others. I liked it enough to want to read it again though.

REVIEW: When it Happens by Susane Colasanti

(Review from Goodreads). At the start of her senior year in high school, Sara wants two things: to get into a top college and to find true love.Tobey also wants two things for his senior year: to win Battle of the Bands and to make Sara fall in love with him. However, a popular jock named Dave moves in on Sara first. But Tobey’s quirky wit and big blue eyes are hard for Sara to ignore. Plus, he gets the little things that matter to her. Can a slacker rock-star wannabe win the heart of a pretty class brain like Sara?

Hilariously and movingly told through Tobey and Sara’s authentic voices, Susane Colasanti’s debut novel sizzles in its portrayal of two young people searching for The One.

This was a reread for me. I've always loved Susane's books and I want to reread all of her books before City Love comes out. I am really looking forward to it.

I picked this book up YEARS ago when I first started reading YA. I have always loved her writing and rereading it was very nostalgic.

I love Tobey and Sara and their relationship. I think some aspects of the story development are lacking, but it is okay… I still love it. I love that Tobey has always liked Sara and borderline obsesses over her like girls obsess over some guys. :)

This is definitely a light and easy read. It can be confusing at first if you don't understand it, keep going. I still got a little confused about the friend's names… but this time was more about just rereading the story. I love how this author's characters make cameos in her other stories. I am really excited to reread all of Susane's books (except Keep Moving On… that one is heartbreaking and VERY hard to read because of how sad it is…).

Five out of five stars.

REVIEW: Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally

(Summary from Goodreads). What girl doesn't want to be surrounded by gorgeous jocks day in and day out? Jordan Woods isn't just surrounded by hot guys, though-she leads them as the captain and quarterback of her high school football team. They all see her as one of the guys and that's just fine. As long as she gets her athletic scholarship to a powerhouse university.

But everything she's ever worked for is threatened when Ty Green moves to her school. Not only is he an amazing QB, but he's also amazingly hot. And for the first time, Jordan's feeling vulnerable. Can she keep her head in the game while her heart's on the line?

This was a really fun and easy read. It wasn't my favorite story in the series. I did like the characters and how they developed throughout the whole story. Ty was really annoying to me…

The books in this series really improve as you move through the series. I started out reading 'Breathe, Annie, Breathe' and I loved it. It was perfect and amazing.

I don't have much to judge this book on… it was good for what it is. I like it enough to read it again, but it just wasn't my favorite of the series. I wish I had started out with this book and read the series in order, but it is okay to not read them in order.

I hope that Ty has his own story in the series. I would love to know more about him and read his own story.

3.5 out of five stars.

REVIEW: His Bad Boy Ways by Faye (SWOONREADS BOOK)

(Summary from Goodreads). Katie Steven is the head cheerleader and popular girl at Easton high. She is feisty, loyal and super protective of her friends. When her best friend Kayla gets dumped by school bad boy Drew Parker, Katie promises to exact revenge on the boy who broke her best friends heart. But when her father gets a job transfer to Europe and her only choices are between leaving the only place she has ever known as home or residing with the Parkers the very ones who spawned Satan himself reverently referred to girls by as Drew. Katie has no choice but to move in with him. But the more time she spends with Drew, the more she finds it difficult to get him back for what he has done to Kayla and the more she tries the harder it is to resist his pull. Because Drew is not just a bad boy, who uses girls and hides his kindness behind a mountain load of attitude, but behind his many layers he is a boy of wonder. One that might show Katie with a melting smile and the glint of danger in his eyes, what falling in love is all about.

I picked this book on Swoon Reads because it was one of the top ones on the Read Now list. I'm happy I picked it up. I really did like it. There were a couple small errors in punctuation/grammar (that I don't remember what page), but it was easy to skip. I've read books where there is literally a spelling mistake, punctuation mistake, or grammar error on EVERY PAGE. This was actually a really well written story that I loved reading.

I couldn't put it down! At times it seemed like Drew was a little angry and I wish that that aspect of his life was addressed more. I would love to know more about Drew and what this book would be like in his POV.

It was good for what it is. It is a quick and easy read. I would really like to know more about Drew's past.

TBH, I would never choose staying at a school with friends over living in Europe… but to each his own, I suppose. ;)

REVIEW: The Boy Next Door by Katie Van Ark

(Summary from Goodreads). Maddy Spier has been in love with the boy next door forever. As his figure skating partner she spends time in his arms every day. But she’s also seen his arms around other girls—lots of other girls.

Gabe can't imagine skating with anyone but Maddy, and together they have a real chance at winning some serious gold medals. So, he’s determined to keep thinking of her like a sister. After all, he’s never had a romantic relationship that lasted for more than two weeks.

But when their coach assigns a new romantic skating program, everything changes. Will this be the big break that Maddy’s been hoping for or the big breakup that Gabe has always feared?

I liked how this story was about ice skating. I've always had a fascination about ice skating, dancing, and gymnastics. I loved being in the world of Gabe and Maddy. It is a really cute story and an easy read. I started out not liking Gabe, but after he proved himself… (although it took a while)… I started to like him.

I love the relationship between Gabe and Maddy. They truly did grow up together and had each other their whole life. I love the friendship between people who have known each other since they were born. I love that Gabe was good to Maddy despite his reputation. I felt that Maddy was really pushy… she knew what she want…

OMG. How did they NOT get caught sneaking into each other's houses and sleeping in the same bed!

The story was funny at times. It was kind of unrealistic… and some parts were dragged out. I would love to read more by this author. I love that the book started out being read on Swoonreads.

3.5 out of five stars.

The Secrets Between You and Me TOUR stop! (+REVIEW and GIVEAWAY)

(Summary). 4 wheels on a rusty truck. 2 gray eyes. 1 secret that could ruin everything.

All Hannah wanted was a summer break from being “perfect Hannah Cohen” and a chance to forget about the devastating family secret that could ruin her seemingly perfect life. So when she takes off for her eccentric aunt’s house in the mountains of North Carolina and everyone makes one big (wrong) assumption about her past, Hannah figures that it’s easier to live a lie than have to face the truth.

She never expected to make any real friends, like the hilarious and spontaneous Kate and Ashton, who drag her to late night bonfires and ice cream marathons. And she especially never counted on meeting Jude Westmore, the brooding bad boy next door with gray eyes and permanent oil smudges on his fingers, or that he would ever take an interest in her.

Between moonlit movie nights in the bed of Jude’s truck and nearly romantic Ferris Wheel rides, Hannah’s old life seems further away then ever, but can she keep her secret, or is the truth worth the risk of losing everything, including Jude?

THE SECRETS BETWEEN YOU AND ME is the second book in the Stolen Kiss Series by Shana Norris.

I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.

I really liked reading this story. The character development and storyline was so different. The beginning of the story kind of threw you into the middle of it, but not in a confusing way like other stories. I liked how this book started and progressed. As Hannah is going off to spend the summer with her Aunt, in comes Jude. Jude has been a reserved, quiet person ever since his brother passed away.

I didn't read Norris's companion story to this one, but I really liked where it picked up. I could tell there was a previous story, but you do not need to read it to enjoy this story. From the reviews on Goodreads, people are saying it was "so-so." BUT they were also fans of the other book. I liked this one just fine. It was a fun read and really interesting. I liked how the characters grew up and changed over the two months. Jude and Hannah meeting was good for both of them. They helped each other grow up even if they didn't know each other for a while. Their connection was evident in the first time they met.

This story was a fun read and really anybody that likes contemporary will like this book.

There is one thing I want to know though… who took the money? I think it was Carter. ;)

4.5 out of five stars.

Most days, Shana Norris still feels like she’s stuck at sixteen, which is probably why she enjoys writing about teens. She has faced her fear of heights to climb to the top of Chimney Rock near Asheville, NC, but she isn’t yet brave enough to go cliff-jumping into ponds. She lives in a small town in eastern North Carolina with her husband and small zoo of pets, which currently includes two dogs, five cats, and a flock of chickens.
Shana Norris has entertained millions of readers as the author of Troy High, the popular Swans Landing series, and The Boyfriend Thief, a companion book to The Secrets Between You and Me and a part of the Stolen Kiss collection.

REVIEW: My Life as a Walter Boy by Ali Novak

(Summary from Goodreads). My Life with the Walter Boys centers on the prim, proper, and always perfect Jackie Howard. When her world is turned upside down by tragedy, Jackie must learn to cut loose and be part of a family again.

Jackie does not like surprises. Chaos is the enemy! The best way to get her successful, busy parents to notice her is to be perfect. The perfect look, the perfect grades-the perfect daughter. And then...

Surprise #1: Jackie's family dies in a freak car accident.

Surprise #2: Jackie has to move cross-country to live with the Walters-her new guardians.

Surprise #3: The Walters have twelve sons. (Well, eleven, but Parker acts like a boy anyway)

Now Jackie must trade in her Type A personality and New York City apartment for a Colorado ranch and all the wild Walter boys who come with it. Jackie is surrounded by the enemy-loud, dirty, annoying boys who have no concept of personal space. Okay, several of the oldest guys are flat-out gorgeous. But still annoying. She's not stuck-up or boring-no matter what they say. But proving it is another matter. How can she fit in and move on when she needs to keep her parents' memory alive by living up to the promise of perfect?

So… this book. I couldn't put it down… I started reading it around 8 PM and finished around 1:30 AM. It was just so hard to put down. I loved every minute of it. I'm really sad that Cole didn't' get together with Jackie, but *hopefully* in the sequel? WHICH DOESN'T COME OUT UNTIL 2016.

This book is really good. It is kind of confusing trying to remember all the brother names, but after a while you get the hang of it. There are a lot of boys (and Parker), but they are all different and all have their own personalities. Usually I get confused with more than a couple of names… this wasn't hard to remember at all.

At the end of the book there were like 5 pages left, and the ending wasn't necessarily "perfect." It made me really anxious! Haha. I think that where the author left it off is a perfect ending for the story.

I started reading the other book that is on wattpad that is the "unofficial sequel."

Overall, great book. Amazing characters and story. The development and changes in all of the boys (and Parker)  when they got to know Jackie was very heartwarming. All the older boys are swoon-worthy! I now see why the author ended it in the place that it did… and I respect that.

4.5 out of five stars.

REVIEW: Things I Can't Forget by Miranda Kenneally

(Summary from Goodreads). Kate has always been the good girl. Too good, according to some people at school—although they have no idea the guilty secret she carries. But this summer, everything is different

This summer she’s a counselor at Cumberland Creek summer camp, and she wants to put the past behind her. This summer Matt is back as a counselor too. He’s the first guy she ever kissed, and he’s gone from a geeky songwriter who loved The Hardy Boys to a buff lifeguard who loves to flirt - with her.

Kate used to think the world was black and white, right and wrong. Turns out, life isn’t that easy.

This book was a little harder to get through. Kate is a very devote Christian and I understand their beliefs and respect it and all. The church she goes to has so many rules and the fact that Kate takes them to heart and uses them to guide her life is a little too much.

I feel bad for her and her friendship with Emily. It seems like Emily was more of a free spirit and wanted to do things her own way instead of following the rules of her church. Kate found it hard to understand other people's beliefs and she would judge them because they didn't follow her rules. It was just hard to read. I understand Kate and get why she is the way she is.

I've loved seeing parts of Jeremiah in this story… and WILL. I love Will so much. I am going to reread the books "in order" once I read Chasing Jordan. I love that this series all takes place within years of each other so you can see the characters grow even more… even if they just appear as cameos.

I'm glad that Kate found someone who respects her beliefs, and at the same time let her find herself. She was able to find that her relationship with God is a special one that should not depend on the relationship that other people have with Him.

I really loved the characters in this book. I loved that it had cameos from various people who were in other books (but it also took place before the books that I read before this one).

4.5 out of five stars!

REVIEW: Stealing Parker by Miranda Kenneally

(Summary from Goodreads). Red-hot author Miranda Kenneally hits one out of the park in this return to Catching Jordan's Hundred Oaks High.

Parker Shelton pretty much has the perfect life. She’s on her way to becoming valedictorian at Hundred Oaks High, she’s made the all-star softball team, and she has plenty of friends. Then her mother’s scandal rocks their small town and suddenly no one will talk to her.

Now Parker wants a new life.

So she quits softball. Drops twenty pounds. And she figures why kiss one guy when she can kiss three? Or four. Why limit herself to high school boys when the majorly cute new baseball coach seems especially flirty?

But how far is too far before she loses herself completely?

I LOVED this story… WILL. I was reading Racing Savannah and wanted to know more about Will… I read this book next and omg…. I LOVE WILL. I want someone like Will in my life. Haha. I honestly love that you don't have to read these books in an order. I have been wanting to read Miranda's books for a while now and couldn't believe that it took me this long. Her books are exactly what I love.

I thought I liked Brian at first, but… no. No no no. I loved Will (Corndog/Corn fritter). I love Parker's dad… I couldn't stop laughing each time he brought up "Corn fritter."

Finding yourself, finding love, and finding friends. What more could I ask for! Honestly though, read these books. They are very contemporary romance and anybody who likes those typical swoon-worthy boys will love them.

Five out of five stars.

REVIEW: Racing Savannah by Miranda Kenneally

(Summary from Goodreads). They’re from two different worlds.

He lives in the estate house, and she spends most of her time in the stables helping her father train horses. In fact, Savannah has always been much more comfortable around horses than boys. Especially boys like Jack Goodwin—cocky, popular and completely out of her league. She knows the rules: no mixing between the staff and the Goodwin family. But Jack has no such boundaries.

With her dream of becoming a horse jockey, Savannah isn’t exactly one to follow the rules either. She’s not going to let someone tell her a girl isn’t tough enough to race. Sure, it’s dangerous. Then again, so is dating Jack.

I really really like this author's books. I love that the characters are all from the same town, but… different parts of it. I also like that you can read the books out of order… but beware, you spend half the time trying to remember where you recognize names from. HAHA. I read this one before Stealing Parker… THE WEDDING. OMG. The feels.

I honestly love this author's books. They are so easy to read, but fun and interesting. Each one is special and different in their own way. I LOVED Jack from the beginning. I loved that Jack's family wasn't the conventional rich family you think of in the south. His family is SO GOOD to the staff that I would want to quit my job, move to the south, and work for a family like them. HAHA. Savannah is a character that everyone can look up to. She is strong willed, empowering, and determined. She knows what she wants from life and won't let anyone get in the way of her dreams. She meets people who influence her to choose a direction in life that she didn't think she wanted and it changed her for the better. I love stories like this.

I said when I read Breathe, Annie, Breathe that this author's stories are just like Sarah Dessen's… and I stand by that.

Five out of five stars.

REVIEW: Bright Before Sunrise by Tiffany Schmidt

(Summary from Goodreads). When Jonah is forced to move from Hamilton to Cross Pointe for the second half of his senior year, "miserable" doesn't even begin to cover it. He feels like the doggy-bag from his mother's first marriage and everything else about her new life—with a new husband, new home and a new baby—is an upgrade. The people at Cross Pointe High School are pretentious and privileged—and worst of all is Brighton Waterford, the embodiment of all things superficial and popular. Jonah’s girlfriend, Carly, is his last tie to what feels real... until she breaks up with him.

For Brighton, every day is a gauntlet of demands and expectations. Since her father died, she’s relied on one coping method: smile big and pretend to be fine. It may have kept her family together, but she has no clue how to handle how she's really feeling. Today is the anniversary of his death and cracks are beginning to show. The last thing she needs is the new kid telling her how much he dislikes her for no reason she can understand. She's determined to change his mind, and when they're stuck together for the night, she finally gets her chance.

Jonah hates her at 3p.m., but how will he feel at 3 a.m.?

One night can change how you see the world. One night can change how you see yourself.

I'm not sure how I felt about this book. I liked it just fine, but also didn't like it... I find that this author's books are good and well written, but lack something… I'm not sure what. It just feels like something is missing, you know? I liked the story. It was interesting how it was all happening in 24 hours and it alternated in POV.

The ending was not my favorite. I want to know more. I want to know what happens with Jonah and Brighton and how Jonah confronts/deals with Paul.

I've been wanting to read this book for a while now and I'm happy I finally read it. It was good and simple. It was an easy and fast read. It was short and sweet and got to the point. I liked that.

3.5 stars out of 5.

REVIEW: Breathe, Annie, Breathe by Miranda Kenneally

(Summary from Goodreads). Annie hates running. No matter how far she jogs, she can’t escape the guilt that if she hadn’t broken up with Kyle, he might still be alive. So to honor his memory, she starts preparing for the marathon he intended to race.

But the training is even more grueling than Annie could have imagined. Despite her coaching, she’s at war with her body, her mind—and her heart. With every mile that athletic Jeremiah cheers her on, she grows more conflicted. She wants to run into his arms…and sprint in the opposite direction. For Annie, opening up to love again may be even more of a challenge than crossing the finish line.

I can't express how much I really loved this book. It was just so cute and heartwarming. Annie is going to run a marathon for her boyfriend who passed away. It makes me want to get up and go for a run (even though I hate running… and exercise).

Jeremiah is so swoon worthy! I loved all the parts with him in it. I love his and Annie's relationship so much. They are just so cute together. THE FEELS.

I love stories about friendship, finding yourself, and finding love. It gives me an unrealistic expectation of love… BUT I'm addicted.

This is the first book I'm reading of her series… I didn't know it was connected to those other books! I've been wanting to read those for a while, but never picked them up. I'm so addicted now. I love that they are similar to Sarah Dessen's with the same setting, but different people.

Five out of five stars.

REVIEW: I Was Here by Gayle Forman

(Summary from Goodreads). When her best friend Meg drinks a bottle of industrial-strength cleaner alone in a motel room, Cody is understandably shocked and devastated. She and Meg shared everything—so how was there no warning? But when Cody travels to Meg’s college town to pack up the belongings left behind, she discovers that there’s a lot that Meg never told her. About her old roommates, the sort of people Cody never would have met in her dead-end small town in Washington. About Ben McAllister, the boy with a guitar and a sneer, who broke Meg’s heart. And about an encrypted computer file that Cody can’t open—until she does, and suddenly everything Cody thought she knew about her best friend’s death gets thrown into question.

I Was Here is Gayle Forman at her finest, a taut, emotional, and ultimately redemptive story about redefining the meaning of family and finding a way to move forward even in the face of unspeakable loss.

I have been a big BIG fan of Gayle since the beginning and this book does not disappoint. Her books are not lighthearted reads… they always have big meanings and I honestly loved this book. It is a captivating read that touches on the really important issue of depression and suicide.

I loved Ben. He was hard to love because he had a past with Meg, but after you find out what happened… it is hard not to love him. There is so much that goes on in this story and it is just so good and heartwarming.

This book is everything. I love it as much as I love her other books.

Five out of five stars.

REVIEW: The Summer After Me and You by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski

(Summary from Goodreads). Sunbathing, surfing, eating funnel cake on the boardwalk—Lucy loves living on the Jersey Shore. For her, it's not just the perfect summer escape, it is home. And as a local girl, she knows not to get attached to the tourists. They breeze in over Memorial Day weekend, crowding the shore and stealing moonlit kisses, only to pack up their beach umbrellas and empty promises on Labor Day. Lucy wants more from love than a fleeting romance, even if that means keeping her distance from her summertime neighbor and crush, Connor.

Then Superstorm Sandy tears apart her barrier island, briefly bringing together a local girl like herself and a vacationer like Connor. Except nothing is the same in the wake of the storm. And day after day, week after week, Lucy is left to pick up the pieces of her broken heart and broken home. Now with Memorial Day approaching and Connor returning, will it be a summer of fresh starts or second chances?

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

Lucy had a really hard year when she fell for her summertime neighbor, Connor, and didn't get a call from him after the Hurricane and their night together. This book was about finding yourself and finding your true love. It is a really cute and sweet story that is very similar to other contemporary books. I was honestly thinking Jessi Kirby and Morgan Matson-esque while reading it.

I really liked all of the characters. Especially Lucy and Liam. I have a thing for twins. I find twins fascinating. Whenever they are in books, I'm captivated. I love the "twin telepathy" between them and the bond that they usually have.

I knew that Lucy and Connor would end up together. I really liked Andrew, but the fact that he wanted to leave Lucy to drink at prom was just ridiculous.  Her friends were really interesting. I would love to have another story about Liam and Kiki or even Meghan and Mateo (and of course another story about Lucy and Connor).

The thing that was a little confusing (reading this on a Kindle) was that the flashback scenes weren't in a different font or in italics. I would get a little thrown off when it would just switch to a flashback without any warning.

Great fun, fast read. I really enjoyed it! :)

Four out of five stars.
